Job summary

Essex Manor Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Virginia. Open to PRN or Full-Time and offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed PT in Virginia.
• Conduct PT assessments and provide direct patient care.

• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Collaborate with care teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Document treatment plans and progress in PCC EMR.
• Participate in onboarding and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
