If you're passionate about growing your skills, thinking critically, and becoming the kind of clinician patients seek out, we'd love to meet you.

Who We Are:

Physio Performance is an orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic serving Tacoma and the South Sound. We help athletes, active adults, and youth get back to doing what they love through movement analysis, manual therapy, strength training, and performance-based care.

Our therapists have access to a fully equipped training space with barbells, kettlebells, Pilates Reformers, and more—because we believe strength belongs in rehabilitation.

Why Physio Performance?

This isn't just another PT job.

We believe patients deserve more than rushed appointments and generic exercise programs. We believe movement is medicine, strength training belongs in physical therapy, and curiosity matters more than ego.

If you're looking for a place that will challenge you, support your growth, and raise the standard of care in our community, keep reading.

OUR CORE VALUES:

We hire for character first. We look for people who demonstrate:

Human-First Care

People always come before protocols. We listen first, build trust, and create meaningful relationships.

Precision with Purpose

We are intentional in everything we do. Every assessment, treatment, and workout has a purpose.
