Job summary

Sports Physical Therapy – Kirkland is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Washington to join an open-gym, movement-based clinic focused on objective testing and delivering high-level care for active adults and athletes.

You will receive structured mentorship, accelerate clinical growth, and work with a collaborative team that values efficiency, autonomy, and outcomes through sports rehab and orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
• Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
• Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes
• Make clinical decisions—not just follow protocols
• Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)

Job Description

Your First 30–60 Days

• Structured onboarding with clear expectations
• Side-by-side treatment and case discussions with the Clinic Director
• Gradual ramp to full independence (no getting thrown into the deep end)
• Early focus on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and patient communication

What You Will Do
