Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Fairwood Physical Therapy is expanding and seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join the team, contributing to a new sports performance initiative for student athletes. We offer 1:1 patient care, supportive CE opportunities, and potential leadership paths within a PT-owned organization.

New grads are welcome through structured programs, including a two-year PT Cohort and an orthopedic residency pathway with substantial mentorship and paid salary during training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or current eligibility for licensure within a short timeframe (DPT).

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based PT care to help patients reach functional goals.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on plans, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners for coordinated care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per regulatory and org standards.

What You Bring

• Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: Base compensation starts at $85,000 - $100,000+, with a total compensation package of $96,000 - $111,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available.
