Our two-year PT Cohort Program is designed to connect, develop, and support new physical therapists through collaborative learning, professional development, and meaningful peer and mentor relationships.
Our structured mentorship program provides 48 hours of dedicated 1:1 mentorship with experienced physical therapists specifically trained to mentor and develop newer clinicians. This hands-on support helps accelerate clinical growth and confidence.
Compensation: Base compensation starts at $85,000 - $100,000+, with a total compensation package of $96,000 - $111,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available.
