What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy

• Develop individualized care plans integrating rehab, strength & conditioning, and manual therapy

• Educate and empower patients with digital home programs

• Collaborate with a motivated, athletic patient population (typical 20–65 years old; some high school aged teens)

• Contribute to a proactive, movement-focused healthcare model

• Need to take on general ortho and pelvic-health specific caseload
  

Who You Are

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts

• At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience

• Pelvic health experience or interest strong interest in obtaining the knowledge and growing in this area preferred

• Background in personal training, coaching, or strength and conditioning is a plus

• Passionate about helping active individuals stay active

• Looking to grow within a dynamic, community-driven small business

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in shaping a growing practice
