Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Berlin, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care Monday through Friday, with PRN and part-time options. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care for sports medicine and orthopedic cases in a busy clinic open 7am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and families.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
