Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Spring Hill is seeking a dedicated PT to join our outpatient team. You will deliver hands-on therapy, design customized plans, and educate patients on injury prevention and wellness.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, balance training, or sports rehab
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Compensation & Bonuses

Base Salary:
$80,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)

Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Up to $1,500 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
Approximately $98,000 – $113,000 annually, based on consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics

Additional Incentives:

• Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires
