We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about movement, value a holistic approach to rehab, and want to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Role Description
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and movement disorders, integrating both traditional PT and Pilates-based rehabilitation (training provided if needed).
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and Pilates instructors to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and professional standards.
Lead occasional small group rehab-focused Pilates sessions (if certified or willing to become certified).
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
Be open to working some weekends as needed to accommodate patient scheduling.

Qualifications
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Valid Texas PT license
Minimum of one year of clinical experience (outpatient ortho, sports rehab, or pelvic floor experience preferred)
Pelvic floor rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
Pilates instructor certification preferred but not required (we can help you get certified/trained!)
Patient-centered approach with a strong focus on enhancing patient experience and treatment outcomes
Passion for movement and a holistic approach to rehab and wellness
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment
Willingness to embrace innovative rehab techniques and help shape the culture of a new, cutting-edge PT and Pilates studio
CPR and First Aid Certification is a plus
Able to be on their feet for most of their shift and lift up to 45 lbs
