Continental Springs in South Sioux City, NE, seeks a Part-Time & Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide care in a subacute/skilled nursing setting with on-site collaboration and telehealth support.

You will evaluate residents, develop personalized PT plans, and educate patients and families while coordinating with therapy and medical staff. Flexible scheduling and per diem compensation help balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Nebraska (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience in skilled nursing or subacute rehab preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered skills.

Responsabilités

• Address mobility, strength, balance, endurance, pain management, and functional independence.

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team communication.
