Job summary

Continental Springs in South Sioux City, NE is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for part-time and per diem roles to support residents in a subacute/skilled nursing setting with a blend of on-site care and telehealth.

You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, collaborate with the rehab team, and maintain compliant documentation. Nebraska license or eligibility is required; new graduates welcome. Competitive per diem compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Nebraska (or eligibility for licensure).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or subacute rehab preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered skills.

Responsibilities
