Job summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based physical therapy in Somerset County, NJ. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans with physicians, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality of care.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000.
