Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association Health Group is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based care in Somerset County, NJ. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust care plans with physicians, and monitor progress while ensuring safety and high-quality care.

A NJ PT license and 2–3 years of clinical/community experience are preferred; a valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
