Job summary

VNA Health Group is hiring a Per-Diem Physical Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based PT services in Bergen County, NJ. You will evaluate, treat, and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians, while closely monitoring progress and maintaining thorough documentation.

Candidates must hold a valid NJ Physical Therapy license, have 2-3 years of clinical or community experience preferred, and possess strong communication and computer skills.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000.
