Job summary

VNA Health Group is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based physical therapy in Ocean County, NJ. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop collaborative care plans with physicians, and monitor progress while ensuring safety and documentation compliance.

The role requires a valid NJ Physical Therapy License and 2–3 years of experience. A valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required to support home visits.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000.
