We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated PT who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, regain strength, reduce pain, and achieve greater independence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance activities, and other appropriate interventions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, safety, and home programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
Promote patient safety and ensure adherence to clinical and facility standards.
Help patients maximize functional ability, independence, and overall quality of life.
Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Previous professional PT experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to completing the full 13-week assignment.
