Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to maximize mobility and independence.

The role requires an active PT license, a graduate from an accredited PT program, and excellent communication. The schedule is 40 hours per week, day shift 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with travel opportunities and a chance to expand your travel

Qualifications

  • Previous professional PT experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to completing the full 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance activities, and other appropriate interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, safety, and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Promote patient safety and ensure adherence to clinical and facility standards.
  • Help patients maximize functional ability, independence, and overall quality of life.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated PT who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, regain strength, reduce pain, and achieve greater independence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance activities, and other appropriate interventions.
