TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 15-week assignment in Santa Fe, NM. The role requires evaluating patients, developing individualized plans, and delivering interventions to improve mobility and function.

Hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a travel-focused contract and a patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong evaluation, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Assist patients with improving strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety throughout treatment sessions.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
