Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist with a pelvic health focus for a part-time benefited, day-shift role. You will assess, treat, and educate patients with pelvic floor dysfunction as part of the Rehab Department.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care within a collaborative team, with opportunities for growth and a focus on delivering high-quality conservative therapies in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Oregon at start or upon hire
• BLS certification through American Heart Association upon hire
• Experience or training in pelvic health preferred
• PT degree from an accredited program (BSc/MSc/DPT)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with Rehab Department to ensure patient-centered care

Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health at Providence Seaside Hospital - Part-Time Benefited, Day Schedule

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree- From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
• Master's Degree- From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
• D.P.T.- From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Coursework/Training- Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
