Your Role:

You’ll provide compassionate and skilled physical therapy services to our residents, including evaluations, developing and implementing individual treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and guiding discharge planning. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we serve, while expanding your own expertise.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred

Pay Range

$74,160.00 - $93,463.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
