Job summary

Empower Physical Therapy in Scottsdale is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist for a full-time role at our Scottsdale Thompson Peak clinic. You’ll join a therapist-owned, clinician-led team that values patients and enjoys a positive work environment.

You’ll earn up to $96,000 annually with an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus, plus comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, and company-paid health, life, and disability insurance. Open to experience and new grads.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in our uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, where you determine how much you earn. What We're Looking For… Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Compliance with Comprehensive Compliance Plan (CCP)

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:

• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
