Job summary

ProActive Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist for a full-time role at our outpatient clinic. The base salary goes up to $99,000 annually depending on experience, plus an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program.

We cover medical, life, and disability insurance with no paycheck deductions for these benefits, and offer a generous PTO policy, enabling 11 months of work per year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:

• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
