Premier Rehab Physical Therapy in Coolidge, AZ is hiring a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position at our outpatient clinic. You will work in a supportive, therapist-owned setting with a focus on collaboration.

Earn up to $32.00 per hour and participate in an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, with company-paid health benefits and generous PTO. We value teamwork, ongoing training, and leadership at all levels.

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.

What We’re Looking For… Skills and Knowledge:

• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• New grads welcome!

Work Environment:

• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
