Qualifications

1. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
2. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or
3. Master's in a related field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, or
4. Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
5. Foreign degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. degrees.

Posted Salary Range: USD $52.00 - USD $65.00/hr.
