A leading healthcare provider in California is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver quality care in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a healthcare team. Ideal candidates will possess a valid license and demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer service skills. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to manage time efficiently while ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulations.
Physical Therapist (“PT”) to provide quality care to the residents. The PT evaluates and treats patients/residents, communicates with their families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records. Physical therapy services including treatment planning and implementation, discharge planning, testing patients’ physical abilities, analyzing rehabilitation goals, and consulting with the rehab team and other health team members to coordinate the most effective treatment program.

Salary Range: $53.00 to $58.00
