Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing, locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist in Santa Barbara.

Our therapists deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet all patient needs, develop relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This rewarding field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and schedule.

Job Requirements

• Current California PT license
• CPR certification
• Reliable vehicle with a current driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance coverage
• Home health experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

This position is paid per visit. Compensation ranges from $70.00 to $80.00 per routine visit, $92.00 to $106.00 per evaluation, and $175.00 to $200.00 per admission. Actual pay varies based on visit type, experience, location, and years of experience.
