Position Overview:

• Full-time or part-time (flexible hours) therapist with an interest in treating orthopedic conditions
• We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who is motivated, compassionate, and dedicated to patient-centered care.
• This position offers the chance to work closely with the owner, and grow beyond clinical roles, developing skills in management and leadership.
• You will have the opportunity to manage your own schedule, work in private treatment rooms, and utilize state-of-the-art EMR systems.
• Compensation:$60/hr - $70/hr
• 401(k)
• Paid time off:15 days

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage your own schedule and maintain continuity of care with your patients
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the clinic’s growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of California
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
