OPEN JOB: Physical Therapist

LOCATION: Seaside, Oregon

SALARY: $90,064 to $142,563

FULL-TIME

The Rehabilitation Department has full-time and on-call Physical Therapy positions open in both the Outpatient and Acute Care Settings. We are hiring for both!

We offer flexibility to match your scheduling needs, along with a $15,000 hiring bonus for external hires of qualifying positions that meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

• Full-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation
• Full-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation (Potential to Crosstrain to Acute Care)
• Part-Time – Outpatient: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics and Neurology
• On-Call/Per Diem Acute Care – Schedule: Variable schedule up to 32 hours per week, minimum of 2 shifts a month, and 2 Holidays a year

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual patient needs, including physical or age-related considerations.

Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence, in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association, within 30 days of hire.
• Compliance with company policy and state regulations, including a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check upon hire.
