Job summary

AdviniaCare in Rhode Island is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, implementing plans, educating residents and families on exercises, and tracking progress with accurate documentation. A valid PT license is required.

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience collaborating within an interdisciplinary care team.
