Advance Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in orthopedics and a commitment to ongoing learning.

You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers. Mentorship and a residency program are available, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license, CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Complete a written plan of care and set goals based on evaluations.
• Implement physical therapy treatments and therapies.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license, CPR certification
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
• Outgoing and energetic personality

• Salary Range $75,000-$90000
