Advance Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Georgia, specializing in orthopedics. You will assess patients, design and implement treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy graduate.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Experience with exercise, sports rehab and manual therapy.
• Outgoing and energetic personality; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
