Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Georgia seeks a passionate Physical Therapist with a focus on orthopedics to join our team. You will evaluate patients, design and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians during patient care
• Develop a written plan of care, goals, and a comprehensive program to attain them
• Implement therapy treatment programs and provide essential therapies
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license, CPR certification
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
