Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Rome, GA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist with a focus on orthopedics to join our team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, provide direct care, and document progress according to established protocols.

The ideal candidate will hold a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, GA license and CPR certification, with experience or interest in sports rehab and manual therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Georgia physical therapy license and CPR certification.
• Experience or interest in exercise, sports rehab, and manual therapy.
• New graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Create a written plan of care and set goals based on evaluations.
• Implement therapy programs and provide essential treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of Georgia physical therapy license, CPR certification
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
