Job summary

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our pediatric team in St. Cloud. The role blends in-clinic and ABA center work, with travel within the city and mileage reimbursement.

You will evaluate and treat pediatric patients, document thoroughly, and educate families. We offer competitive pay, a $6K sign-on bonus, incentive opportunities, generous PTO, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Minnesota PT license (or eligible by start date).
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are strongly encouraged to apply — we’ll support your growth!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement customized PT treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Write and maintain skilled documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries).
• Educate and support parents/caregivers in daily care and long-term strategies.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress and goals.
• Assess home and daycare environments and suggest adjustments to support function and independence.
• Recommend and instruct on specialized equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, braces).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Manage a pediatric caseload and communicate with families.
• Accurately complete billing and documentation for services rendered.

Pediatric Partners is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in St. Cloud. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, if you're committed to helping children reach their full potential, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, develop, and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans to restore physical function, relieve pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in pediatric patients
• Write and maintain skilled documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, and discharge summaries
• Educate and support parents/caregivers in daily care and long-term strategies
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on the child's progress and goals
• Assess natural environments (e.g., home, daycare) and recommend adjustments to support function and independence
• Recommend and provide instruction on specialized equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, braces)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Manage a pediatric caseload and maintain open, consistent communication with families
• Accurately complete billing and documentation for services rendered

Current Caseload Structure

• Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic
• Approximately 50% in-house services within 1–2 partnered ABA centers
• Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is provided

What You’ll Bring
