This not-for-profit Level II Trauma Center just north of Sacramento is looking for the right candidate to join their team of professionals and their Home Care team.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment upon physician referral to a patient population with varying diagnoses. The role includes assessing, identifying, and treating deficits impacting posture, locomotion, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, joint mobility, flexibility, pain, and functional abilities in daily living. The Physical Therapist will also provide instruction and education to patients and caregivers to promote the safe execution of therapeutic techniques.

Must have:

1. Current Physical Therapy license from the State of California
2. Current CPR certification
3. Current California Driver's License
4. Eligibility to be insured under the Medical Center’s Liability Policy with DMV Report
5. Proof of current auto insurance coverage (no business exclusion)
