Job summary

Alves & Martinez Physical Therapy in East Sacramento is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a team that prioritizes patient-first care and provides mentorship for career growth. The practice is part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, emphasizing supportive leadership and collaborative decision-making.

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.

What Your Day Will Look Like
