Job summary

Mountain View Care Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will provide direct patient care, perform PT assessments, and collaborate with a skilled staff to optimize outcomes.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees paid quarterly for one year, along with generous PTO, a 401(k) plan, and a comprehensive benefits package. Flexible daily pay and ongoing professional development opportunities are also available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed PT in the state practicing.
• Conduct PT assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficient in PCC EMR documentation (experience not required).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehab potential.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.

$5,000 sign-on bonus to FT employees is paid quarterly for 1 year.
