The role requires a DPT, current Oregon PT license, CPR, and proven clinical experience. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, and document progress using EMR systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient education.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current Oregon State Physical Therapy license
• Valid CPR certification
• APTA certification preferred
• Proven clinical experience in physical therapy
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with insurance documentation and billing procedures
