Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Willamette View team in Oak Grove, OR. The role focuses on direct patient care for adults with diverse medical conditions and requires strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills.

You will also supervise PTAs, coordinate with physicians, and participate in ongoing professional development through CEU opportunities. A supportive, therapist-led environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required
• State license required
• New graduates welcome with mentorship program
• One year of PT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Perform assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress
• Supervise PTAs and support staff, ensuring quality patient care
• Communicate with physicians and team members to coordinate care
