Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Clermont Park therapy team in Denver, CO. You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions in a PRN schedule that supports work-life balance.

You will use NetHealth for documentation, supervise PTAs, and collaborate with physicians to plan and implement individualized treatment programs. A bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and state licensure are required, with at least one

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• State license is required or highly preferred.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Provide PT services to residents including assessment, treatment, program planning and documentation under physicians’ orders.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff in caring for patients.
