SportsMed is actively hiring Physical Therapists across New Jersey to support our continued expansion. We offer a competitive salary in the range of $95,000–$120,000 plus a signing bonus and a structured career growth path.

Qualifications

• New Jersey license required to practice physical therapy.
• New grads and experienced physical therapists are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with EMR experience; WebPT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients while developing individualized rehab goals and plans.
• Deliver evidence-based care across outpatient orthopedic and rehab populations.
• Maintain high levels of communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, occupational therapists, and other providers.
• Complete notes thoroughly and promptly to support collaborative care across disciplines.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals.
• Support continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes.
