Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver exceptional evidence-based outpatient care.
• Maintain communication with other healthcare providers.
• Complete notes in a timely manner for collaborative care.
• Participate in monthly clinic meetings for operations improvement.
• Support clinical excellence through education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional evidence‑based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes
