Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist license is required.
• New grads and experienced therapists are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients while developing individualized rehab goals.
• Deliver evidence-based care across outpatient orthopedic and rehab populations.
• Maintain communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, OTs and other providers for quality care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and promptly to support collaborative care across disciplines.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.
