Qualifications

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in patient evaluations, rehabilitation, mobility training, and treatment planning.
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently within scope of practice while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, balance, and physical function.
• Developing and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Providing therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Documenting patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Supporting a safe, effective, and patient-centered rehabilitation environment.
