USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to join our inpatient orthopedic and spinal care team on weekends and select evenings. The PT evaluates and plans treatments for hospitalized patients, reviews goals with patients and families, and collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure timely care.

Requirements include current Arizona state license, graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, ongoing CE credits, and orthopedic experience; BLS is required.

Competenze

• Current licensed in the State of Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Maintains continuing education credits as required by Arizona.
• Minimum 3 year orthopedic experience, preferred.
• Current BLS required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable of current treatment protocols and rehabilitation equipment.
• Hospital Experience, preferred.

Mansioni

USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is a specialty inpatient hospital which was established to set a new standard for excellence and patient satisfaction in the delivery of orthopedic and spinal surgery. Arizona Specialty Hospital provides excellent patient services and the highest level of care, with the overall goal of improving the delivery of healthcare in Maricopa County and beyond.

T his prn position is for weekend and some evening hours

Job Description:

• The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, plans and implements treatments for hospitalized patients according to age specific needs.
• The PT reviews with the patient and caregiver the current diagnosis, prognosis and treatment goals while planning and implementing a safe and timely treatment plan.
