Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist

KeystoneCare, a Home Health Agency in the Philadelphia area, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist. We provide comprehensive therapeutic services in patients' homes, meeting and exceeding their needs.

Under the supervision of the Director of Therapies, the Physical Therapist will evaluate, consult, and deliver professional physical and rehabilitative therapy to patients of all ages, as prescribed by physicians. The role focuses on preserving or restoring function in disorders affecting musculoskeletal, neuro-muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory, and integument systems. The goal is to relieve pain and improve muscle strength, coordination, endurance, range of motion, and motor skills, tailored to each patient's needs.

The Physical Therapist is expected to uphold high standards of care, aligned with professional guidelines and their level of expertise.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current PA professional license
• Minimum of two years of experience
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Effective communication skills with the care team
• Strong organizational skills
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Proof of Influenza vaccination or approved exemption

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• One year of physical therapy experience
• PA Physical Therapy License
