Qualifications

  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and identify rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Participate in community outreach and referral development.
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience while contributing to clinic growth.

Location: Pearland, TX | Full-Time
