Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload including orthopedics, balance, neurological, and pelvic floor conditions
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with PTs and clinic support staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Build strong relationships with patients and referral sources
