Job summary

Chelsea Jewish Lifecare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts for a part-time role at the Brudnick Center for Living. The position offers hourly pay between $45.00 and $50.00 based on experience and requires availability for Saturday through Monday or Friday through Sunday shifts.

You will deliver PT services to a diverse resident population, perform evaluations, and develop individualized plans to improve mobility and quality of life, collaborating with families and the care

Qualifications

• Current, valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Prior experience with high-tech assistive technologies preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse resident population.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize residents' mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning and referrals.
