Job summary

BrightStar Care Amarillo is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one home health services in Pampa, TX and within a 30-mile radius. The role is PRN with per-visit pay and weekly compensation.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver PT services in the home, helping patients regain strength, balance, and mobility while coordinating with the care team and completing proper charting.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PT license, unrestricted to practice in home health.
• Minimum of 1 year PT experience in clinical or home health settings.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for travel between visits.
• Own device and reliable internet access to manage schedule and charting.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with care team.
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver PT services in patients' homes.
• Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional capacity.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with PTAs and other care team members.
• Complete clinical documentation and billing support as required.

What You’ll Need
