Job summary

This role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while earning competitive pay of $65K-$75K annually. Ideal candidates will have an active Texas PT license and at least one year of experience. What You’ll Do

• Restore movement and function—one home visit at a time
• Design personalized treatment plans that change lives
• Work closely with your patients and support team of PTAs
• Watch your clients make real progress—and celebrate with them
• Serve a diverse population across all age groups and conditions

Your Pay, Location, and Schedule

• Lubbock, TX
• $65-$75 per visit (PRN)
• $65K-$75K per year (full time)
• Weekly Pay

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas PT license
• At least 1 year of PT experience
• Valid CPR-BLS and driver’s license
• Someone who’s self‑motivated, compassionate, and loves autonomy
