Job summary

BrightStar Care of Lubbock is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide compassionate care in home health settings. You will play a crucial role in fostering patient recovery and independence by tailoring your services to meet individual needs.

This position offers flexibility in scheduling, competitive pay of $35-$42 per visit based on experience, and the opportunity to work in Lubbock and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred in home health.
• Ability to chart progress and collaborate with a PT.
• Willingness to work autonomously and handle scheduling.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Call and schedule visits directly with your patients
• Provide physical therapy services in their homes

Pay & Flexibility:

• $35-$42 per visit, based on experience
• Weekly pay
• You create your own schedule – PRN, part-time, or full-time
• Work in Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas

What You Bring:

• Active Texas PTA license
• 1+ year of experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
